I was pleasantly surprised on the quality of this dresser. Directions were fairly easy except for the placement of The Middle board that has drawer rails on each side. If you don't place it correctly then everything is backwards. But once it's done I was so happy with the look the style and the quality. I did change out the handles the drawer pulls for something a little more glam. Delivery went smoothly. All parts were in the box with instructions and no chipped pieces. Thank you. I'd highly recommend ordering this particular dresser. The be prepared if you order two that's 18 drawers to put together. If you treat it as an assembly line, it works out well. I actually went through the entire instructions and added all a screws, cam locks at the same time. It made it so much easier to follow the directions and then just peace and connect everything together rather than stopping each time to add the screws and cam locks. For me it made it just so much easier and clearer and during the assembly process. I did originally order the assembled in house service. Honestly, I'm glad I didn't because this was a little complicated and I would not have been totally sure that the directions were followed. I also wasn't pleased because the service had someone from Angie Services contact me the day before coming up. I'm just a little bit reluctant to have someone in the house that I don't know that is an employee of wayfair. So anyway overall I am extremely satisfied. Makes the room look beautiful.. Deb.
