This is a great chair. I wanted something simple but with arms and it’s perfect. It was easy to put together. The blue is a great color and the finish is flawless. My only advice is - before putting it together - screw the bolts in their matching holes in the arms and legs to clear the holes and then back them out. This will make the assembly easier.. The chair itself I like, it’s sturdy and make of heavy real wood. The chair is pretty comfortable though the quality of the cushions I don’t believe would hold up to long term use. This is in our basement so I think it will be fine for here and there. Why 4 stars The assembly was terrible. The instructions were not clear. They need to provide different Allen wrench, lucky got me my husband had a tool that helped or I was so frustrated. So get yourself the auto retract took or this will take forever to assemble due to the way the holes are set. Also note there should be another step they combined two and it was confusing to the point I had to take part off and redo. It does sit lower for a living room chair too so note that. Nice chair but the seat height is not 19" as the specs stated....it measures 17-1/2". That discrepancy is the reason this chair did not get 5 stars. Otherwise it's an attractive chair and the fabric is comfortable. Having wood on the front of the armrests is great for older folks who need something to stabilize themselves before standing.
