Bring classic French charm into your home with this elegantly crafted vintage-style fireplace mantel. Designed with a distinctive birdcage-inspired firebox and graceful arched opening, this piece serves as a stunning focal point for your entryway, living room, or villa. The spacious tabletop offers generous display space for your favorite décor items, while the detailed relief carving and distressed ironwork finish enhance its antique character. Built with solid wood and rounded corner detailing, this mantel ensures both durability and family-friendly safety. Complete with a realistic flame effect and optional heating, it beautifully merges nostalgic design with modern functionality.

This could have been a wonderful 5-star review ... if only the fireplace worked. The mantel looks wonderful. I love my room with it in it. But this is supposed to be an electrical fireplace, not merely a piece of furniture. It's supposed to heat the room and to display a realistic looking flame. It did none of that when I got it. The remote doesn't work at all. And ever since it arrived, nearly a month ago, I've been trying to get someone to help me fix or replace this. After a few phone calls they promised to send a replacement for the firebox. But then I got an email saying the replacement was canceled. It turns out that was an error. I did get a package, but I had no idea what it was. No indication it came from Wayfair. It didn't look like the firebox. It was some sort of transformer/converter, with all print in Chinese, which I can't read. I finally spent an hour on the phone with a very nice lady at Wayfair, and we figured out that the transformer fixed part of the problem. I got heat! But the remote still doesn't work and I can't access most functions. And if I turn the heat on, I need to burn my fingers to turn it off on the fireplace without the remote. So I'm waiting for a new remote. To be continued ..... Monica. Cambria, CA. Sat Jan 31 2026
