Can your desk handle the pressure? Mount your monitor stand to a desk surface that previously wasn’t able to support the weight with Steel Reinforcement Bracket Plate from Vivo! This durable plate and support bracket are made for scratch resistance and security, fitting most styles of C-clamps on the market for a convenient mounting option. Ideal for thin desks, glass tabletops, and other fragile surfaces that don’t provide enough support for a heavy-duty monitor stand, this product gives you options! By using these brackets with your C-clamp, you’ll disperse the weight of the monitor stand across a larger surface area, thus decreasing centralized desk stress that causes damage to your tabletop over time. This plate also reduces distortion or deflection on surfaces that are slightly angled, making the entire setup more secure. You can rest assured that your expensive equipment will be safe and sound, and your desk surface will be adequately reinforced to support the heavy stands that enhance your work processes. Compatibility Compatible with Most Monitor Stand C-clamp Installations. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is perfect for my husband and I. When we sit down to make our YouTube videos. It sits out far enough from the table to not be in the way but close enough to be usable. I do wish it was a bit easier to adjust. I also wish it said to put something between the table and the arm so it doesn't scratch the table. All the hardware came with it. It is nice and sturdy but you have to save the tools to adjust it. It has a nice range.. Bunniel. Thu Apr 23 2026

Achieve increased productivity and improved ergonomics with this laptop tray for use at eye level, next to a second monitor. Two screens will prevent switching between applications, saving time. By bringing the screens to eye level you can achieve proper posture at your desk and prevent eye strain, back and neck issues.

It's very well made and sturdy. I like how the clamps can slide up and down so that they don't block your laptop's usb ports. My laptop is exactly 15.5 inches wide and just fits. I wouldn't recommend a wider laptop. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase!. Ben. Wed Apr 03 2024

I really was unsure of this when I ordered it. I hoped it would work but holding the weight of a slightly heavy laptop and doing so in a stable manner for long periods of time is potentially a big task. I was concerned about the bouncy potential and didn't want to have that be a problem. It works GREAT! Yes, there was a bouncy movement to it when you didn't touch anything but the keys, but I founnd the most comfortable position for me was with my elbows resting on chair arms and my pisiforms (outer palms near the wrist) just touching the keyboard on either side of the touchpad. When I lightly rested my hands there I could type without any appreciable bounce and what tiny bit I got actually aided typing quickly. The middle knuckle is adjustable for the weight of just about any laptop. I have an HP 17" and it doesn't seem to even know it's there as far as weight goes. I live on a boat and I have the arm mounted on a small table next to me next to my lazyboy recliner. No I don't think it would work very well long term with the chair in a reclined position but for a short time it would be much better than a computer on your belly or chest. When I put it together and tested it the first time the cords were an issue. Once I ran the cords through the cord holder I never even thought about them again. I liked it so much I got one for my wife and she loves it. To get up we just push it out awaqy from us and can get up with no interference from the computer. Once you get the position just right it stays at that angle perfectly and other than swinging it out and back I find I do no other adjustments. It took me a couple days of fooling with minor adjustments until I got it just right. When the boat rocks it doesn't move either, unless I want it to. I don't know how they can make this for the price they sell it for.. Anonymous. Mon Dec 22 2025
