This is a great Littel accessory for a desk to give yourself some vertical space. The only issue is the way the tension portion that holds the item to the back of your desk is about 3 inches deep. So you need a lip of at least that depth to be able to attach this to the back of something. It will not attach to the back of a flat surface or something with a small overhang.. Judy. Well made item except for the clamp, which was the reason I purchased the item. Clamp had to be assembledpopped together and neither I. Or my husband to accomplish this even after struggling for some time. The screws don’t thread properly requiring you to muscle metal against metal which was impossible. Fortunately my daughter’s dorm desk pushed right up to the wall, so we were able to make it work for now without the clamps.. Sn. Temecula , CA. Tue Sep 02 2025
