Love it at my front door! It is much thicker at one end than the other. Both ends are folded under and then tucked to end the rug and prevent unraveling but on one end the jute is much thicker and that end wont lay flat. I love the natural look of this rug. It lays fairly flat right out of the rolled packaging. I ordered the 8' and the actual measurements are 95.5" (I've found that rugs aren't always the full footage).
