Worse, the pre-drilled holes for assembly were defective/misaligned, making it impossible to actually put the chairs together as intended. Reached out to customer service for a return and refund, and the experience was frustrating — support initially pushed a replacement part instead of the refund I asked for, and then created unnecessary hurdles around the return process itself.
