Very nice comfortable chair. It is also good looking. The size and height of the chair is excellent. It was delivered quickly. As a senior I was looking for a chair with casters, that can roll and swivel and has arms. These features make it easier for me to get out of my chair with bad knees. The name of the chair says it tilts. I don’t know how it does that. It did not come with any instructions. The other thing I wish it had was more padding for the back of the chair. More like an office chair. So I am using my Tempur-Pedic back pads on the chair. I do spend several hours using my kitchen table for reading and work, so not having this kind of padding may not bother other people. I’m very mad about my second order of this chair! I ordered 1 chair because I wanted to make sure it looked good and was what I wanted before ordering another 3 to complete my kitchen dinette set. The first chair was delivered in perfect condition and I really liked it so I ordered 3 more and when they arrived they were all damaged to a certain degree.
