The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the white tee plastic they used to keep the skirt on the hanger was on way too tight. I could barely get a fine scissor in to cut them off, and the plastic tees left holes in the velvet in at least 5-6 places on the skirt. The skirt measures 80 inches in diameter when laid flat. There is a drawcord built into the collar along the outer edge of the skirt. Place your gifts on the skirt and use the drawcord to enclose them. The skirt will fold over the presents to create the look of a closed Santa bag.
