Very easy to assemble. You will need a helper to attach the arch to the posts. Only one minor issue. Where the bottom hinge attaches to the rail, two adjacent screws conflicted with one another. Remedied by using one shorter screw. Absolutely love this gated arbor and highly recommend it.. Roland. Honesdale, PA. Sun Sep 13 2026

A working gate has a latch closure. The metal gate frame is finished in black, and the tree design is burnished bronze.

Beautiful gate! I’m still installing it. It’s missing a screw for the latch, so that’s a trip to the hardware store. The posts in the ground are very short so I will need to pour cement for it to be stable. Good price for a Plow and Hearth product. FYI-Their items usually need protective coats against rust.. Honest review - Tree is wobbly. Hard to get it to stand straight. Branch tips cannot be separated as they are fused together. Light cord is clearly visible running through tree. Flocking missing on some parts of tree. But it is a cute little tree. All it needs is some love.. Pauline. Pocono Mountains. Thu Oct 15 2026
