The Alme Collection showcases a refined range of checkerboard porcelain tile designs, thoughtfully crafted to bring timeless patterning and modern sophistication into one cohesive series. Made from durable porcelain, it offers long-lasting strength, water resistance, and dependable performance for both residential and commercial spaces. Each design is offered in a 24" x 24" format with a pre-scored layout that replicates smaller tile detailing, delivering the visual intricacy of traditional installations with the ease of large-format application. This balanced sizing enhances flow and continuity while maintaining a classic checkerboard rhythm across surfaces. The collection features a unified checkerboard color story expressed through three elegant variations: bold black and ivory for dramatic contrast, warm creamy whites with soft beige tones for a softened classic look, and cool gray with crisp white for a modern, understated interpretation. Subtle Calacatta marble-inspired veining runs throughout each design, adding depth, movement, and a refined stone-like character. Finished in a matte surface, the tiles reduce glare and soften contrast, enhancing the natural elegance of the checkerboard pattern. Designed for versatile application across floors in kitchens, bathrooms, entryways, living areas, and commercial interiors, the Alme Collection delivers both style and durability in equal measure. Together, these variations form a versatile design system that allows the Alme Collection to transition seamlessly across traditional, transitional, and contemporary interiors while maintaining a cohesive architectural identity.

It’s no coincidence that the pattern of the Francis collection for Chris Loves Julia x Loloi may remind you of tilework—it’s based on the favorite flooring patterns of the couple, from tilework to parquet flooring. Hooked of 100% wool, the diamond and grid patterns soften and create a relaxed feel that’s still visually striking. This collection is made in India and is GoodWeave certified, ensuring our commitment to ethical production and the support of weavers' communities.

I just bought my second one of these rugs. The first one I’ve had for over two years which is the one in the picture. I have it in my mudroom which get traffic from the garage as well as the backyard where we have a pool and play area. We also have 2 cats and frequently babysit a very active dog and it still looks this good. The rug is thick without being bulky. The one I just got delivered is going in my son‘s house to use in his kitchen. He loves to cook, but he has plantar fasciitis like so many people now because most of us have gotten rid of carpet in our homes and the hard floors can be tough on our feet. He says this rug feels good on his feet so fingers are crossed.. Nori. Scotch Plains, NJ. Wed Sep 23 2026

A lifesaver for my old house! I have three types of hardwood flooring in my kitchen/dining room. It was an eyesore and so difficult to keep clean, as it's old and badly damaged. On a whim, I ordered this peel-and-stick tile and it /completely transformed the space/. I used to avoid my kitchen because it always felt dirty to me, but now it's intentional and beautiful. The flooring itself was super easy to install and is very easy to clean. I would highly recommend this product. Note: If you are looking to cover tile, it doesn't stick as well, but I went ahead and did that anyway. I just have to touch it up every once in a while.. Rachel. Southwest Harbor, ME. I was surprised when the tile arrived and I had boxes full of “X’s”. But then I saw the separate box with the small blue tiles that fit in the pattern. It is a very nice tile but it does not come with a backer so you basically have to build each tile set to an achieve the correct look. A little more labor but a very nice tile.
