This is a great chair. The rocking and swivel are so smooth and no noises or squeaks at all. The foot rest is a little stiff to push down with my legs but that should get better with time. I first I thought it looked like a hair salon chair but then I like the slope of the arms it was similar to my main couch. And with the pillow it takes away some of that barber chair look. I liked the chair very much. It’s nice looking and very comfortable. I only have one problem with it, it’s very hard to put down the leg rest. I’m 75 years old and once I put the leg rest up I couldn’t get it back down. My son had to come over and put it down.
