Chicken Brooder

The coop cage unlike tradition wood ones, it features metal construction with dense net, resistant to deform. Great for housing a small number of poultry, effectively secure your chickens, ducks, bunnies, pigeons, or puppies inside whether used indoor outdoor. With a door easy access to the interior and feeding. Its thoughtful design make it a reliable and convenient option for both novice and experienced chicken keepers alike.

Purchased this to use as a brooder for my new chicks. Worked great because they can be in it for awhile and a lamp sets easily above the wire to help them maintain a comfortable heat level. It comes with wheels so you can move it around easily, but we built a small wooden stand for it to keep it elevated off the ground. I would recommend this cage for a variety of animals. It's well made and the wire openings are very small - this protects your animals from predators.. Beth. De Soto, MO. Fri Oct 23 2026

This 2-tier small animal cage with a stylish New Zealand wood finish is perfect for rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, and squirrels. It features a sturdy metal frame, double-door design for easy access and cleaning, and a top enclosed locker to store pet supplies securely. Metal ramps offer non-slip, durable access between levels, while slide-out trays simplify daily care. Four 360° universal wheels (2 with locks) allow easy transport and secure placement. The embedded hammock buckle adds extra comfort, and the elegant round locks ensure safety. A spacious, functional home that blends seamlessly with your home decor while meeting your small pet’s needs.

We bought this for two rats and it's very spacious and pretty much perfect for them. Assembly was very simple and straightforward. The doors seem a bit cheap and flimsy. Not that a rat can breakout of them, but they don't align perfectly and there is a bit of "flex". Doesn't have any impact on our use case, but worth noting. The storage on the bottom is handy for extras, the wheels are nice for pulling the cage out and vacuuming under it and behind it. The look is very nice and it's not your average rodent cage. The only thing that I would add for future iterations of this cage is more hooks to the top for toys. On the top level there are 4 hooks for the hammock it comes with and nothing else, so you have to add your own and do something else. Otherwise, I'm really pleased with our purchase.. Kara. IN. Create a safe, comfortable space for chicks to grow—while enjoying a clear view of every moment. This wooden chick brooder is designed for both functionality and experience. With transparent panels on the top and front, you can easily observe chicks from multiple angles, making it perfect for home or classroom use. Built with natural pine wood, it offers durability and a warm, breathable environment. Compatible with heat lamps and thermostats (sold separately), this brooder helps you maintain the right conditions for healthy chick development. Simple, reliable, and reusable—an ideal choice for beginners and experienced users alike.

One time use. Won't even make it through one batch of chicks. I love the design of this, but it's made out of pressed wood that cracks with any moisture. It's not sealed and so the urine soaks through the wood chips we put in and into the wood. And we use a lot of chips and clean the brooder frequently. The chickens make a mess with the water and so now the bottom and sides of the brooder must be held together with tape. IF you buy this brooder, take time and SEAL the inside with some sort of paint etc. Also don't plan on using it more than once.. Elizabeth. Spokane, WA. Sun May 24 2026

Please don't expect this to be substantial enough housing for chickens by itself. We're using it as a maternity ward INSIDE our run. It's minimally effective for that. Assembly instructions were vague and frustrating. Pictures only. It'll work to house a mama hen and chicks, but that's about it.. Anonymous. Mon Jun 29 2026

I am completely in love with this. I’m using it to give my bantam chickens, a safe place to be outside during the day it went together really easily. The only cons are the latches aren’t that great a raccoon could definitely open them so I’m gonna have to change that and I decided to put the roof on backwards so that I can open it above the roosting bar giving me access to the entire pen..
