We love these night stands! The spindled legs are absolutely gorgeous. They each took about 50 minutes to build with 2 people. Overall very sturdy and quality wood. My only complaint is the packaging. They laid down the large side panel with the drawer slides facing down into the styrofoam without laying down a foam paper between them which caused the styrofoam to get stuck in the grooves and grease in the slides. I had to clean it out because I was afraid that the drawers would get stuck from the styrofoam pieces but the grease makes the pieces stick so I had to vacuum them out. Wow! I can't believe how much I love this table. Came packaged well and all parts included. Took me about an 1/2 hour to assemble. It is beautiful. Very heavy wood and the black is perfect. I'm transitioning my home from modern to modern cottage and this works perfectly. Actually it could work in many home decors. I’m so very pleased with this 2 drawer nightstand by Astoria Grand. It arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. My little baby girl, Lexie, was eager to help me, she’s always helping me with my projects. This was super easy to put together. It was basically already put together except for screwing the leg spindles on. The carved design on the face of the drawers is the winning touch. The color scheme is an antiqued look, ‘shabby chic’ style. The size overall, is perfect for small spaces, yet it’s adequate in surface area for a useful nightstand. It’s sturdy and solid in design.
