The item was literally dropped and left on the 2nd floor. Residents were alarmed by the loud bang. This resulted in small damage done to the corners of the side panels. My husband and I ordered 2 of these and are loving them. The fact that they have wheels is great. It took me several hours to assemble. Instructions were easy to follow. A few of the parts were damaged but I was able to order replacement parts easily at no extra charge. Wayfair is great at backing their products up. The only struggle I had was the metal doors don’t look like they are going to line up so I spent extra time on them. As soon as I placed them the doors lined up better. I think I was on a slope on my driveway when I assemble but as soon as I placed them on level surface they were fine.
