Just to be truthful, I haven’t as yet used this espresso machine. It’s out of its box and I’ve read the instructions, but haven’t gotten to the grocery store to buy espresso beans. I’m really looking forward to setting it up in my little coffee station and surprising my husband with a fresh brew. He loves espresso and I love cappuccino and lattes. It makes them all. The machine is handsome and sleek, brews 2 cups at a time and comes with all the necessary attachments and implements to make your coffee fix a pleasurable and easy serve. It appears it will be a welcome addition to our home.. Lane. NC. Fri Oct 16 2026

Really good coffee maker! Consistently makes good coffee on the gold setting and the bluetooth features are really nice! Only complaint is that the water reservoir doesnt come off on the model I have, which makes it hard to clean out. Also after 2 years the clock LED has begun to fail. Otherwise it has served us well.. It makes very good coffee, but as many have said, the carafe is poorly designed. I got the stainless carafe and it came with a chip in the lining material right under the spout, where the coffee would come out. Also, there always is coffee remaining in the carafe when you think you have poured it all, so you have to take off the lid part and pour the rest out. This is not a deal breaker for me, but the carafe engineers could have done better. Also, you cannot just buy a new carafe from GE, they don't sell it separately. I went to Partstps dotcom and am hopeful that one I order will come without a lining flaw. I have started putting in 2.5 cups of water and brew 3 cups to ensure the water drains out more completely from the inside unit, and I open the reservoir and brewing area after I am done so moisture does not cause an issue. I like having a choice of either the metal filter or paper filters. Regarding the carafe issue, I was able to get credits on my Wayfair account to help offset the cost of a new carafe It was a GE factory error and Wayfair customer service was very good.. Mimi. Sw Va. Idk what is going on with the shipping department but seriously it would have been nice to get a box for my coffee pot instead of a bag. I hope the pot works i like it so much fingers if I wanted to give this as a gift the box it beat up and slice marks it could have been damaged and as a gift NO I think I might not order again so fast. Things havent been too good with my last few orders and they had decent boxed but the product had issues. So i cant give what iwould have. Mary Peterson. Menominee, MI. Fri Oct 16 2026

We love our Bodum French Press. We have one for each of us. The 17oz size is perfect for the person who only wants 2 cups of coffee. The design is modern and so beautiful! I make sure to hand dry the stainless steel press so it always looks shiny. We usually wrap our presses with a clean dish cloth so it stays warm even longer. We use two tablespoons ( included is a plastic spoon) of courser ground coffee so grounds do not sift through the mesh plunger. Set your timer for 4 minutes and then push down gently on the plunger. Don’t forget to line up the little ‘arrow’ on the lid with spout. Voila!. Jasmin. Bonita Springs, FL. Wed Oct 19 2022

Small, convenient and easy to use. Makes a great cup of espresso. Have to preheat the machine and the dispenser so the coffee is not cold, but that is very quick unlike other machines that take a few minutes to warm up.. Laura. Thu Oct 08 2026

Excellent French press that I am sure wil last for years. I withheld a star because the metal sliding against the ceramic sounds like nails on a chalkboard. Yikes! :((( I am keeping it hoping I get used to it. What a bummer. Otherwise a great press.. Lorilei. CA. Fri Apr 17 2026

The KBGT is ideal for those who typically brew a full carafe and are looking for the most straightforward process – add your coffee grounds and water, then flip the switch on. The brew basket automatically stops the flow of coffee when removing the carafe. Our double-walled, stainless steel thermal carafe will keep coffee hot for up to an hour – or even longer with the included travel lid.

Would've liked to have a 12 cups capacity. Not necessarily a problem, just a small inconvenience. I also have a feeling that not all of the grounds are getting immersed equally - the ones at the back look dryer than the rest, so I usually stir them a little with a teaspoon, just to make sure :)) Otherwise the water gets hot very quickly, and the lack of plastics shedding in the coffee makes everything way better.. The pour-over coffee maker promises an excellent, rich taste and robust aroma while maintaining the natural oils of the ground coffee. For the perfect cup of coffee, simply fill the cone-shaped filter with freshly ground coffee and pour a small amount of heated water over them until soaked. Slowly pour the remaining hot water into the filter. Coffee will drip into the mouth-blown, borosilicate glass carafe and, in 3–4 minutes, will be ready to serve. Remove the filter from the carafe before servings and enjoy!

We use this multiple times a day. It is very durable. Great value for the price.. Stephanie. Cheektowaga, NY. Sun Oct 11 2026
