This review will consist of two parts. What I think of the recliner so far is it is what I expected, comfortable and it survived shipping arriving in good shape. All the moving parts are OK and the remote is working properly. Now for the full service delivery: The photo supplied is where the driver dropped off the chair, on its side I might add. I set it up right to remove it from shipping container. 1. Room placement Nope, dropped on front step box wouldn't fit through door. 2. Appointment scheduling Late on four hour window and no phone call 1 hour prior that was stated. 3. Assembly and Set-up Not a chance. No delivery team, only one driver who wanted me to sign paper before I could check for damage and he took off as soon as he could after dropping off chair. 4. Debris removal No because he didn't set up so I have to get rid of all the cardboard. 5. And finally the $99 dollar option (I received it free) I got absolutely no value. I ordered from Wayfair because of this service as I am 77 years old and have trouble putting things together now and lifting heavy items. My suggestion to Wayfair is make sure when you give the item to a third party is make sure they will supply the service that was paid for. So for the moment 5 stars for the Recliner and if I could give less than 0 for delivery service I would.. Don Barbour. Tisdale. Wed Aug 05 2026

EXCELLENTO! Arrived on time. The big box got me a bit nervous but after opening it was a breeze for this 70 year old young woman to assemble it in no time. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING about my new chair, especially the messages, the heat....and yes....the lift! And THE PRICE WAS RIGHT for such a beautiful recliner. I'M IN LOVE WITH WAYFAIR NOW! UPDATE......Springs coming up pressing against leather seat and sitting is so uncomfortable and uneven and every so often when in recliner position the entire chair just drops with forceful landing. This happened at first but after a few times just stopped so I thought the issue had been resolved. I just got this Nov 5th 2025! So glad I purchased the insurance.! Unacceptable! Looking elsewhere for quality and comfort!. Evalyn. Junction City, OR. Sat Oct 10 2026

Love it! I’m glad I read the review that said she was glad that she also read reviews about the BEIGE really looking like GRAY in person. I wanted gray to match my other gray recliner and it is perfect! My husband loves his new BIG recliner. He is 6’4” and made my recliner look like a toy if he ever sat in it. Great color, material, easy assembly & quick delivery! Just tried today & so far like the comfortable feel. I do think the foot/leg rest is too short. I’m 5’6”, hubby is 5’7”, daughter 6’…my feet hang off at the ankles. Hubby has longer legs than me & hangs from about 3” above his ankles & daughter doesn’t fit her but she rarely sits on chairs (couch is her fav). It works good for us but if it was a little longer, would be great fit for us! However, not huge issue since we needed it quickly & price was perfection!. Karen. Lavaca, AR. Wed Oct 07 2026

Crafted for refined living, this modern power recliner pairs sculpted American design with indulgent comfort. Dual motors, a power headrest, and premium top-grain leather create a quietly luxurious retreat for elevated relaxation and effortless everyday living.

FEDEX dropped the box on the porch. One 62yr old woman (me) opened the box, got the pieces inside and put it together alone. Just follow the clear instructions. It’s a nice quality, very comfortable, well made recliner. Has good lumbar support, a seating surface that is perfect - soft enough to be comfy but firm under that for excellent support. Headrest is not so high as to tip your head forward - hits perfectly behind the head. I can totally see myself falling asleep in this chair. Excellent purchase.. Kathy P. Ramer, TN. Sat Jun 13 2026
