The second delivery was great! First time the guys didn’t know that the back comes off the sofa so they couldn’t carry it up the stairs. There was a gap between the cushions and the back of the sofa that was pretty noticeable. The delivery guys called customer service and I was offered a discount or they would return it for another one. I had already taken two days off work to wait for delivery so I accepted the discount.. This is hands down the most comfortable couch I have ever owned. I was always against getting a recliner, but this couch changed everything.
