Chairs arrived well protected in the boxes. The box said that all tools required were included to put these chairs together, however that was unnecessary because the chairs were FULLY ASSEMBLED! This chaise lounge chair folds up nicely and even has two handles to make carrying it easier. The pillow is a nice touch as well. I like the stripes - gives a beachy, cabana vibe, and the color is true to the picture. My only complaint is that when I first sat in it, I thought I was going to sink straight through to the floor. That made getting out of it a bit challenging but not bad...just lower and has more give than I would prefer.
