I can’t speak to longevity of the bed just yet because I just assembled it myself. For people that are shopping for a frame with a tall headboard, please don’t just go off of the images, look at the product’s measurements so you know exactly what you’re getting. But I can say the headboard is exactly the height it claims to be. It may look shorter in my photos because I do have a 7 inch boxspring and a 12 inch mattress on top my pillows contribute to that too. But the headboard has enough space to accommodate for all of that without covering up all of the tufting. But if you like to sleep on a taller bed like myself, this frame accommodates for 19 inches of height just fine. So if you plan to use a thinner box spring or none at all, your headboard will appear even taller. Assembly took me 2 hours alone, the instructions are visual there are little to no words on them. I had no missing pieces and it came with extra screws. Everything you need to assemble the bed, is in the box. Shipping was fast for me, I ordered on a Friday and got the package Monday morning. It arrived with the box in poor condition not gonna lie, but surprisingly I had no damages to any pieces. No funny smells, misaligned holes, or squeaking for me. I got exactly what I was expecting.
