I would give this bed 5 stars but the assembly for this was ROUGH. You have to put together every individual slat. So just be prepared for splinters. This is a well made solid made bed frame. The directions that came with the bed frame were slightly incorrect but it was pretty self explanatory on how to assemble, and that is why I deducted a star.
