We ordered the king size Miliyah bed frame with headboard for our adjustable bed. The delivery was full service, which means the delivery folks set it up for us, and it only took them about 20 minutes. I am very pleased with the quality and color of the fabric; it is textured and has a little bit of very light tan flecks in it (at least I think that'swhat I see), so it's not so ultra white. It's really beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The frame is definitely compatible with an adjustable bed because the frame and headboard are attached in the 4 corners, and of course we don't need the Inside support rails/slats.
