This is a gorgeous blend of glam and organic parts. This chandelier arrives very well packaged but completely unassembled. Assembly will take 1 person about 2 hours-so not too bad. Instructions are minimal at best. Having said that, this chandelier is worth the effort. It is stunning with its long, shiny chrome central branch. The small branches are attached all around the main 'limb'. The crystal "leaves" are faceted and beautiful and come in a strand of 5 crystals, pre hung and ready to attach. Each strand is carefully packed in its own padded sleeve resulting in NO breakage. Attaching them to the branches is simple. I can't wait to have this installed...so very lovely.
