It's four stars because some of it is plastic. This unit is not all metal but it still functions and works really well. One important thing to note is that the handheld wand is activated by a manual lever behind the shower head. Installation is not beginner-level. You’re dealing with plumbing inside the wall, so plan accordingly or hire it out.
