It's been home for a hours and I already love this chaise! It wasnt hard to assemble but I needed my husband's muscle to put the back on. It fluffed out to a nice size already. I absolutely cannot say anything bad about this chair except that it doesn’t come in more colors. Before it was even fully unwrapped it started to come to life. Within minutes of being unwrapped, it was fully sturdy. This sturdiness does make it heavy, so lift with your legs. This is a great piece of sturdy furniture and it really elevates a bonus bedroom that I am using for my dogs when I need to go out and run errands! The guys who put it together said it’s hard to make it lay flat but I won’t need to use it for that unless I have more than two additional people come over and stay the night that overflows from the guest room so I will cross that bridge when/if I come to it. It’s perfect in my space! I was skeptical about it when the package arrived because the chair, ottoman, pillows came packaged neatly in one box. The pillows were vacuum sealed. The feet are a durable plastic. Assembly was very simple. I love the material color (black). The chair & ottoman are nice but the seat is not as cushioned as I'd like.
