Great chair that is firm in terms of support, yet soft in terms of cushion. Most options seem to have firm cushions, which I didn’t want in a reading chair because I wanted it to also double as a napping spot. The swivel side table, charging ports, cup holders, adjustable back for relaxing or to convert into a sleeper, and storage in the arm rests and main part of the chair make this a great lounge chair for small spaces. The room is small and this chair is perfect without taking over the whole room—I’m still able to fit 5 book cases, a small rocking chair, and a large side table with this chair in the same space with room to spare. A Belgian Malinois and an adult fit in this perfectly, and we’ve inadvertently taken a nap on it while the human was reading because it’s so comfy. I wish it came in a navy blue, but the gray is nice and will probably hide the dog hair. Other than assembly directions and parts labeling being easier to follow, there are no complaints! Very good for flat-pack furniture. All the parts were packed and marked well. The instructions were clear (although I didn’t match the sides of the ottoman correctly for the lift mechanism and had to redo them—totally my error). I’m a female over 70 and put them together by myself—a bit more than an hour per piece. The “green” color is more greengrayslate than a true green. I like the chair, but both my pillows came ripped. I also think my left arm rest is kinda broken because it doesn't slide good into the bracket and everytime I lean my arm on it to sit down it slides down moves and makes a horrible clicking sounds or like grinding metal sound. Also the legs do not keep the chair in place, everytime you get in the chair it slides back. The legs are also very short..its like the chair it basically on the ground, im going to order new legs for it! Love the chair. It is very comfortable and to make it even more comfortable we got an ottoman to go with it. We were originally taken aback by the side of the cushions. We thought they would be flat and uncomfortable but we were pleasantly wrong. My husband and I both look forward to using the chair. He was so excited to use the remote pocket on one side for the remote and the other for his phone. One of us has sat in this chair every day since we put it together.
