Buyer beware.....3-1/2 hours to assemble, 1/2 hr. to uncrate and separate parts, terrible instructions, 72 hr. wait time to use because of vacuum packing. Nice chair....but was it worth it!.....definitely not and would not buy again. As a long time purchaser from WAYFAIR and usually happy with them, I'm really surprised they would even sell this from CHINA. BOTTOM LINE....IF YOU BUY THIS ONE, HAVE THEM ASSEMBLE!. THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD WITH WAYFAIR! DON'T BELIEVE ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS!. Anthony R. Aiken, SC. Fri Sep 25 2026

This chair took just minutes to assemble, and I’m really impressed with it! I love that you’re not stuck sitting in just one position. You can use it as a traditional kneeling chair, sit crisscrossed, or rotate the kneeleg support completely out of the way and sit normally. I also wasn’t expecting the cushions to be so thick and comfortable they’re much more supportive than I anticipated. I’m 54 and about 135 lbs., and it fits me really well. If you’re stuck sitting in an office for hours and like to change positions throughout the day, this is a great option. Comfortable, easy to assemble, versatile, and definitely a great buy!. Laurin. More than just a massage chair,it's a lifelong companion-a ture work of art. Enhance your living space by adding a touch of elegance and design aesthetics that make your home feel more spacious, bright, and beautiful.Whether you're relaxing, working,or enjoying leisure time. It is there to accompany you every step of the way.

The chairs appearance is exactly like the photos. It’s beautiful and elegant. Keep in mind - The only purpose for this chair would be for a massage. You can’t really use it as a chair to sit in and watch TV because it’s very firm and pretty uncomfortable if you’re not using it for a massage. The heat function isn’t that great. As far as the massage goes, it’s very nice. If you like a deep massage be prepared to be sore the next day because the intensity is pretty high. As a medium build woman this is a perfect massage chair, but I can’t imagine a muscular man being comfortable because my shoulder blades touch the side wings of the chair, which is where design doesn’t meet comfort. I haven’t used the speaker system so I can’t comment on that. If I was going to review the shipping on this chair, it would be zero stars because when I ordered it, it took over a month and a half to ship when on the website I was told id get it that weekend!.
