Absolutely perfect. I was reluctant because it was custom and non refundable. Yet I perused the reviews and ordered sample fabric and it is exactly what I wanted. Very roomy and cushy. The kind of chair that you want to climb into, cross your legs and read a book or have your dog next to you in it. The slip covers are so nice (little wrinkles still). The chairs are robust in size. I purchased the chair in the Drusky Charcoal Sustain Basketweave fabric so it would last a long time. The color is fairly bland, so I have a colorful blanket thrown over the top pillow. I also plan to change out the pillow cover with something else as well. This chair is huge! I did all the measurements and was still surprised at it's size compared to the very large recliner I have sitting next to it! It's immediately comfortable, no need to break it in first. You have plenty of room to sit sideways or cross-legged. My large dog would love to take it over as his personal bed. I have a small ottoman/pouf that I can put in front of it for extra comfort as well. The side arms are tall enough that with the pillow you can lean against it to watch TV. My daughter lays with her legs hanging over the edge of the arm. For our small living room it fills adds another comfy option for seating against a wall where you might otherwise put a side chair.. I am so freaking happy about the quality of this chair. Online purchases are such a risk, for quality and comfort. But this chair nails it on both. I sink right into it in the best way possible. I was nervous about it looking sloppy too, because some of the review pics made it seem like the slip cover was messy but it's not and it steamed out beautifully. Beautiful look and color of chair! Traditional style and lines. However I think there is a flaw in the design. Others said in reviews that it was a very deep chair. The bottom cushion is very firm, almost overstuffed and the back cushion is very soft. So when you sit down, you create an opening between the top cushion and bottom cushion of at least 1-2 inches. You can touch the back wood of the chair with your fingers. My low back was not supported at all then. Tried adding a small pillow and that made it somewhat better. Very deep seat which is nice if you’re putting your feet up, but otherwise my feet did not touch the ground (5 ft 6 in). This chair is definitely oversized, and the grey color is very subtle.The material seems to be of nice quality. Although I’m not impressed of the fit of the slipcover , it’s kinda sloppy looking.
