Mostly this is a great piece of furniture. The drawback are the manufacturers assembly instruction for the recliner are not properly detailed. Pictures are vague and incorrect, instructions are insufficient. One difficulty I have found involves the arms, they are not attached. To attach them you have two double ended bolts for each arm. Screw the bolts into the arm put the arm into the slots on the chair. Then, somehow, you need hands and arms thin enough and long enough to secure the arms with plastic knobs. My arms do not fit, I am not super buff and I am 6' tall so my hands can reach but space is limited. The position makes it very difficult to see the end of the bolt and secure the arm. I have given up trying for now. Hire the assembly option. Unless there is a unwritten trick to this, I am having trouble seeing how it is done without strain and annoyance.. Keith. Milwaukee, WI. I did a lot of research when I was looking to replace our 18 year old electric recliner. I am beyond happy with this recliner I decided to purchase! I got it in 2 days in 3 manageable boxes via Fed Ex! My husband was able to easily assemble it in less than 30 minutes! The color (beige) and the material (faux leather that is soft and better than leather) is beautiful! It truly brightens up our family room next to a dark brown couch! I was so excited to try it! First off, it is extremely comfortable! They even gave you a wonderful lumbar pillow but I didn't need it! It's a nice accent when you're not in the chair! :) The massage features are outstanding! You have 4 positions and 3 modes with 3 speeds! It is not very loud- which is what I was concerned about with our 16 year old miniature poodle! She didn't even hear it! You can set a timer for it which is fabulous! Second, the heating feature in the lumbar area is excellent! Third, the cup holders are great as I can now have my drink on my chair instead of on the floor! Fourth, the USB outlets on the side of the chair are a fantastic addition to this extraordinary chair! Lastly, there are 2 pockets in the front of the chair and 2 on the sides of the chair! Perfect for your phone, glasses, a book... They truly thought of everything when they made this chair!!! I highly recommend this chair to anyone that wants a comfortable and beautiful recliner! I had back surgery 18 years ago- which lead to me getting our first electric recliner and this one is 10Xs better than my old one! My back and body are very happy!!! You won't be disappointed with this amazing recliner!. Carolyn. Hollister, CA. Fri May 01 2026

Very comfortable! My husband is so picky about chairs and how they support the spine. He loves this one. Reclines to almost flat and the headrest is adjustable too. All motorized. The color is more saturated than it appears and is the very popular ‘dill green’.. Deanna. Kohler, WI. Thu Jan 08 2026

Like the chair. But seems the motor control in inoperative. Can’t get it to work. Massage and heat work normal. Calling company number on Monday for options.. Tracy. Camas, WA. Sun Apr 19 2026

Relax in timeless comfort with this manual recliner, featuring solid wood legs and upholstered armrests for a warm, inviting look. Expertly crafted from kiln-dried wood and built with mortise-and-tenon joinery reinforced by corner blocks, it offers lasting durability and stability. Designed for effortless manual adjustment, this recliner blends classic craftsmanship with everyday comfort—perfect for any cozy living space.

Beautiful, sturdy, and well-built recliner. The fabric and wood look exactly like the photos. It comes in two pieces and assembly is simple, but it’s quite heavy, so you’ll likely need help getting it into place. I’m taking off one star because of the packaging. The back legs aren’t protected, and mine arrived cracked. The first one I received had a completely broken leg and had to be returned. Given the size and weight of the box, this feels like an avoidable issue. The reclining mechanism is a bit stiff at first and can catch you off guard, but I expect that to improve with use. Overall, it’s an elegant chair that fits well with different decor styles. One heads-up: unpacking takes some effort. Plan for about 30 minutes, and be ready to break down a large box and a lot of packaging before disposal.. Massiel. Tampa, FL. Sun May 10 2026
