I think the couch is beautiful, looks just like the pictures. The back pillows on the couch are hard. I was also missing 1 bracket to keep both couches together in the center. I do think the arms on the chair could be a tiny bit longer. This is exactly what I need for my small apartment, I love it. Couch is still comfortable and eye catching.
