I think the couch is beautiful, looks just like the pictures. The back pillows on the couch are hard. I was also missing 1 bracket to keep both couches together in the center. I do think the arms on the chair could be a tiny bit longer. This is exactly what I need for my small apartment, I love it. Couch is still comfortable and eye catching. I ordered this to go on an armchair. When I opened it, I thought that I was sent the wrong item until reviewed my order and read that it is listed for "accent chairs" which are typically smaller. Once I moved past my error, I realized how pretty and soft the fabric was and decided to try it on an old beige accent chair in my bedroom.
