I was surprised at how nice this chair is. The padding on the seat as well as the back has thick padding. It makes it so very comfortable. It was easy to put together. Only took one person to put together. The arms of the chair lift up. It has a pump to control the lumbar support on the back part of the seat. The high back gives head support. This chair is perfect for my space in my 1 bedroom apartment. It's nice to have another option for a guest to sleep with it's sleeper component. Some said the cushion wasn't super comfortable but I think it's fine. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the under part that comes out to make it either a recliner chair or a bed doesn't have anywhere to lock to the chair, so if you move a certain way, it can start wheeling away from the chair.
