Very good for flat-pack furniture. All the parts were packed and marked well. The instructions were clear (although I didn’t match the sides of the ottoman correctly for the lift mechanism and had to redo them—totally my error). I’m a female over 70 and put them together by myself—a bit more than an hour per piece. The “green” color is more greengrayslate than a true green. Very nice chairs. They are very firm, which I normally do not like, but are so ergomically correct that they are actually quite comfortable. Very solid and sturdy, and the only thing that kept me from giving five stars is that the holes for the recessed bolts did not come with plugs or dowels, leaving a very unfinished look. This chair is perfect for my space in my 1 bedroom apartment. It's nice to have another option for a guest to sleep with it's sleeper component. Some said the cushion wasn't super comfortable but I think it's fine. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the under part that comes out to make it either a recliner chair or a bed doesn't have anywhere to lock to the chair, so if you move a certain way, it can start wheeling away from the chair. I like the chair, but both my pillows came ripped. I also think my left arm rest is kinda broken because it doesn't slide good into the bracket and everytime I lean my arm on it to sit down it slides down moves and makes a horrible clicking sounds or like grinding metal sound. Also the legs do not keep the chair in place, everytime you get in the chair it slides back. The legs are also very short..its like the chair it basically on the ground, im going to order new legs for it! While this is a very nice Chenille Chaise Lounge, it is not an oversized chair. It looks wide because it has white arms. The sitting area is that of a normal chair. The Ottoman is nice and big and there’s plenty of room for storage under the armrest and I really like the fact that I can hit my phone in the holder so all in all this super nice here but it’s not an oversized chair..
