We like the sofa, overall. However, when it was delivered, we unwrapped it and discovered a dirty hand print on the back of the couch and saw that some of the cushions also were dirty. The back seems the be defective in that 23 of it is filled with a backing but the last section isn’t. We called Wayfair because it also lacked pilot holes that were supposed to be on the bottom in each corner to put the feet on. We were given a discount because of all the issues, which was nice.
