We really like this bed, and that was based primarily on the island/tropical design/vibe and the great color choices (we went with Kiwi green...vibrant!) The bed appears to be well-made, but it is a bit pricey for its lightweight and simple construction and detailing. It also took a few weeks to receive the bed, but that seems to be typical with larger furniture items. What an EASY build. I always appreciate not having to put together 50 billion pieces. This bed took no more than 15 minutes to put together. I gave it 4 stars simply because the footboard had some stains. However, the bed is gorgeous timeless. Arrived quickly and was packaged well. No issues with assembly - it took two of us about 45 minutes to do. Quality is really good for the price. I ordered a 3” metal box spring to put under a 12” memory foam mattress and it’s the perfect height to cover the opening under the headboard but isn’t too high. Sturdy, attractive frame, but it sits quite low. The bed frame feels heavy, solid, and well made. However, it is lower to the ground than we expected. This bed looks beautiful and is solid as a rock. Everytime I walk in the room I get so happy that I purchased this. It definitely a little darker than some of the pictures on the website and less of a red tone than I expected but I actually like it better. I paired it with rosy night stands and Langley dressers and everything came together so nicely. The delivery experience was great as well. Very nice guys. Fast and efficient as well.
