Bought this set and another to mix n match and I love them! These Mikasa are gorgeous and match the brushed gold around the house but could also match with copper. I like that the backs are solid black. I've microwaved and tossed in the dishwasher with no issue. Banged them around in the resin sink with no chips. These stack great in the dishwasher too. The bowls are deep which is a bonus. The dinner plates are slightly smaller- the pic has a dinner plate with a salad rooster plate on top. But the size has not been an issue. The design looks traditional and festive. First, I’m reviewing the French Pearl groove White not the ice blue like it says here. I had the same set of Pfaltzgraff grapevine pattern dishware for over 30 years. I was ready for a change. I love these dishes. They’re heavy. The glazing is beautiful. And I love the little pedestal on the bowls. I didn’t get the mugs because I don’t need mugs. But this really elevates the appearance of my table… Unfortunately, I don’t have a photo yet. I’ll add one later.
