Get everything you need to cook up delicious, healthy meals for your family with this cookware set. Cuisnart's new energy-efficient and eco-friendly Ceramica nonstick surface more than just reduces your carbon footprint, this nonstick coating also allows for easy food release and the ability to use less fat while cooking as well as for use in the oven for browning. The pans deliver superior heat conductivity, requiring less energy to achieve the desired cooking temperature. Harder than stainless steel, the skillet's hard anodized exterior is dense, nonporous, and highly wear-resistant for extra durability and professional performance as well as quick and even heat distribution. Additionally, the securely riveted stay-cool steel handles are manufactured using 70 percent recycled stainless steel and are oven-safe to 500 degrees F so food can be browned on the stovetop and then transferred to the oven to finish cooking. Cuisinart's green gourmet cookware is designed with an exclusive Cuisinart Ceramica nonstick surface, which features a petroleum-free, ceramic-based coating that is applied at a temperature one-half that of traditional nonstick surfaces. The coating does not contain PTFE and PFOA. In addition, Cuisinart's cookware has a scratch-resistant nonstick surface that won't peel off. The new cookware conforms to FDA and European RoHS standards for environmentally sound products.

Simply obsessed with this set. The non stick is real. We searched for a month before finding these. It's so hard to find a reasonably priced set of high quality. Def recommend.. Kelly. Los Angeles, CA. Thu Jan 25 2024

Experience even heat and exceptional release with Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware. Constructed with heavy gauge anodized aluminum for durability and even heat distribution throughout the sides and bottom of the pan, Viking Hard Anodized Cookware features a stainless steel base making it exceptionally stable and compatible with all cooktops including induction. Accepted worldwide as one of the most conductive metals for cooking, the aluminum is strengthened through the anodizing process until it is twice as hard as stainless steel, giving you durability without giving up conductivity. The multi-layer coating improves release and protection even if the top layer is scratched over time. The fry pans feature flared rims for easy tossing and drip-free pouring, while the saucepans, sauté pans and Dutch oven feature cut rims to enhance the lid fit, helping to seal in moisture and nutrients inside the pan during cooking. The saucepans and larger vessels feature interior measurement markings for easy accurate addition of ingredients. Designed with ergonomics in mind, Viking signature handles are hand crafted from cast stainless steel and riveted to the pan for a lifetime of durability. Calphalon Signature Nonstick pots and pans are also dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. Discover professional-level precision and performance with Calphalon Signature, and experience superior cookware that's built to last.

I decided to send these back when I realized they are not really stay-cool handles. The fine print on the manufacturer's website essentially tells you to always use a pot holder. For this kind of money, and given the high quality of the non-stick finish, they should have put silicone on the handles for handling them. My previous $60 set from a major online junk retailer (starts with A) has that.. Dirk. Calgary, AB. Mon Aug 10 2026

This 15-piece Calphalon cutlery set offers a selection of essential knives for chopping, dicing, slicing, and more. The bolstered, stainless steel blades stay sharp for a lifetime, due to SharpIN technology ceramic sharpeners built into the knife block.

I was hesitant on buying. Majority of knives rust so quick, I can’t say if these do or not. But for the last several months I’ve used I clean and dry immediately. But what I can say is they they’re ultra sharp and stay that way after many uses. Gorgeous looking as well!. Dylan. Sun Jul 19 2026

Calphalon hard-anodized nonstick cookware is designed with the home cook in mind. Kitchen tested over 100,000 times, this pots and pans set delivers superior cooking performance you can count on.

The cookware includes practical features, like stay-cool handles and rolled rims, for everyday convenience. With its distinctive polished sheen, Farberware Brilliance shines in any kitchen.

I've had Farberware stainless for 50 years, so I trust the brand. I wish they'd put another sauce pan (mid size) in the set rather than 2 skillets. And I'd like a lid for each pan - interchangeable would be fine. The small sauce pan doesn't come with a lid and the lids don't fit the small skillet. I do like the glass lids.. Vivian.
