Overall, I’m very pleased with this loveseat. The material is excellent quality, the installation was very easy, and the overall craftsmanship and finishes are beautiful. The only issue I encountered was with one of the headrests. Although it had power, it did not function properly because it was missing screws in the connection, which appears to be a minor factory defect. Once addressed, it works as expected. I contacted customer service, and the assistance was excellent. I am currently waiting for them to resolve this issue. I’ve had this couch for a few weeks now and honestly, I really like it. It’s super comfortable and the leather feels really soft—like smooth and almost buttery, which I wasn’t expecting. It definitely looks and feels more expensive than it is. One thing I love is how the reclining works. When you recline the seat back, it doesn't take up more space behind the couch. That was a big plus for me. My only complaint is where they put the buttons to recline. They’re tucked between the seats, and there’s a small gap there to reach them. It works, but I’ve already noticed it’s really easy for things (like your phone or crumbs) to slip into that gap, which is kind of annoying. Overall though, I’m happy with it.
