I am so excited to find an item that I can use to easily hang my curtains from the ceiling! What a gamechanger. I probably could use two sets of curtains on the window but I don’t think the rod would hold the additional weight. My curtains are fine and do cover the window fine but I would prefer to add an additional set for aesthetics only. I still love the design and would buy them again if they only came in this size. This rod is aluminum so no rust if used in the bathroom where a “rounded” rod is a necessity or just desired. Packaging was not the best as it consisted of being wrapped in bubble wrap, no cardboard, and all hardware was loose inside the bubble wrap. I didnt use these as they were intended. I have a long shelf in my pottery studio that needed a bumper rail of sorts. Attaching them to the top of the shelf and using a dowl or pvc pipe (I havent decided yet) to keep items on the shelf. This works great. My shelf brackets and clock are also from Wayfair.
