This is better for a new installation versus a replacement simply because the spacing has to be exact for the mounting between the shower handle and the rain head mount. Unfortunately, I did not read the directions prior to selecting this item and it will not fit the holes in my current shower. The quality of the shower bar is fantastic. The rain head and handheld seemed to be a little cheaper quality. I am hopeful to use in a remodel project and will update my review once installed. Nicole. Lillington, NC. Thu May 07 2026
