Fill each pot with a small potted plant, such as a succulent, cactus, or herb, and hang these planters up wherever you wish to bring both modern style and natural greenery to any space.

I didn't put a cabinet on this wall because I felt like it would feel crowded by the door. However, when I was trying to figure out shelves, I just couldn't get the balance right with the cabinets to the left going all the way to the ceiling. When I saw this I thought it would be perfect. Some other reviews mentioned 3" planters didn't fit. All of these plants are in 3.5" planters from the nursery. If you cut the lip about 1/4-1/2" down on two sides across from each other. You can then squeeze the container to allow the cut areas to just squeeze past each other allowing a fit. I also took a piece of string and put it on the bottom of the container to reach into the ceramic planter. This way when you water and it drains out of the container, the string will bring it back into the soil as a self water situation. Here's another tip. Before adding your plants, hang the planter and step back and look at it. I had to fix two of the containers so the spacing was more even. MUCH easier to do without weight in them. Lesson learned. We love our new aqua design teardrop hanging rotator in our backyard. It hangs on our palm tree along with other solar lights hanging items. Must say though, that the twisting of it from flat to full rotation was quite a trial. It took us several tries over two days to get it in a spiral condition. Can hurt your hands because it’s so tough to get the curve going around. Be patient maybe even wear thick gloves to get it opened up! In the end, glad to have gotten it!. Karen. Katy, TX.
