I am beyond impressed with this 52" ceiling fan. If you are looking for a modern, minimalist look without a light kit, this is a fantastic choice. The first thing I noticed was the quality of the blades. They are actual solid wood, which gives the fan a much more premium and high-end feel compared to the plastic or plywood blades you often see at this price point. The wood grain is beautiful and adds a nice organic touch to the room. Performance-wise, the DC motor is a game-changer. A great modern update for my bedroom that I remodeled to replace the old early 2000s model I had. It’s much more quiet and glides through the air. I keep it set to 6 which is the highest speed. It’s was about 40 minutes to get it assembled and installed. The instruction video made things super easy, but the printed instructions were good too. My only issue is that it does not have memory. So if power gets switched off, it will not save your last setting (including blade direction) and you must use the remote to power it on. So keep this mind if you are a manual light switch person or have a smart light switch. It only powers on by remote controller.. Willie. Jackson, MI. Thu May 14 2026
