So far I love these fans. Ordered them together (2) so they would match rooms that are next to each other. The light is bright enough for large rooms, but can be dimmed, It has 6 speeds which is more than my last fans (only had 3), sturdy, so much lighter than my old ones and easy to put together (per hubby). The real wood blades are nice and very light weight. The wind speed works well for our living room and kitchen. Remote is easy to use and I like that there is a timer on the fan also of 1, 4 and 8 hours. There are 3 light settings so you can choose soft, day, and very bright (the bluish type) to fit your room needs. We like the soft one for the living room and the medium one for the kitchen. This stained glass fan has to be one of my favorite purchases from Wayfair. It’s beautiful, timeless, and classy, it makes me feel like I’m living an old Florida dream in the early 1900s. It is the perfect fit for my Florida Room Guest Suite. I will share that the light it gives is minimal. The space I am using it in is a naturally bright room because of the wall of windows I have. For me it is perfect and sets the right vibe. I would suggest an additional lamp or two if you like a well lit room. Package was not damaged and everything inside was in good condition. I would suggest two people for mounting and read directions well for a successful installation of this fan. The lightbulbs in the top portion of the fan will be difficult to change when the time comes, this may be my only con in regard to this fan. Included with the fan is a remote for ease of use. You can also turn on two sets of lights with the pull strings attached to the fan, one lights up just the top portion and the other lights up the main light globe on the bottom portion. This modern white fan is so much better looking than our outdated brown fan! It is sleek and since we have it attached to switches in our bedroom, we didn't even need to install the pull-chains. My husband has installed several fans and said this one wasn't the easiest to install. I love the look of it BUT the light is truly laughable. It is like a spotlight....shines directly downward and does not emit any light to the sides so basically we just have one spotlight in the middle of our room. Beautiful quiet fan. Looks amazing. Light ring directions adjustable just like description. Only beef would be the remote is confusing for changing light brightness and color. Light is fairly bright but not as blinding as I had hoped for our room. Light seems to default back to a 4000k color rather than a slightly warmer 3500k for a bedroom. Overall super happy though..
