These fans really make a difference under our patio. They are very quiet and put out a lot of breeze. The lights are bright with the option to change the tone. I have yet been able to sync them with Alexa. The only disappointment would be the speeds. We don’t see much difference. However, they are beautiful. Beautiful and unique. The challenge is if you have more than one fan on the same floor, there is no way to change the code. The remote for the fan/light in the living room also changes the fan/light in the bedroom. It is a bit annoying.. Kathy. Tue Aug 18 2026

My review is more based off of customer service but I have no doubt I will be satisfied with this product. When I purchased it it had went to my old address so I called wayfair and they immediately sent me a replacement which I received next day . Then I hooked everything up and installed the fixture and the fan worked but the lights did not. I had a friend test the wires and the wires coming from the ballast were not getting power for the lights so I called wayfair today and they are sending me a replacement ballast. I am very impressed with customer service and completely satisfied even with the product its self having a little fault.. Joshua. Fall River, MA. Mon Sep 14 2026
