My review is more based off of customer service but I have no doubt I will be satisfied with this product. When I purchased it it had went to my old address so I called wayfair and they immediately sent me a replacement which I received next day . Then I hooked everything up and installed the fixture and the fan worked but the lights did not. I had a friend test the wires and the wires coming from the ballast were not getting power for the lights so I called wayfair today and they are sending me a replacement ballast. I am very impressed with customer service and completely satisfied even with the product its self having a little fault.. Joshua. Fall River, MA. Mon Sep 14 2026

The room this going in is quite low, so we needed to ensure the fan was very low profile. The configuration of the room would definitely benefit from a fan as right now it has 25+ year old contractor special fixture. This is definitely modern, the blades are clear, and very low profile. The remote is straight forward, and the instructions for installation are clear. I can’t wait to get this installed and improve that room significantly.. Kimberly. Fredericksburg, VA.
