The double-headed rotational fan, Dagny, with cylindrical central housing and straight, parallel arms, is designed in the retrospective aesthetic. The Dagny offers fluid lines and quiet axial rotation. The fan heads can be infinitely positioned in 180-degree arcs for optimum air movement; the greater the angles of the motors to the horizontal support rods (up or down), the faster the axial rotation. A slow, controlled axial rotation is achieved by both fan head position and fan blade speed. Matthews rotational fans circulate heat and air-conditioning more efficiently than traditional paddle fans.

Gorgeous! We are very happy with our purchase of the Alessandra Tropical ceiling fan with light in gray ashed tone w/brushed nickel. I was looking for something for our guest room in our Florida home that would help make our guests feel they were on vacation and this fit the bill. We've thrilled with our purchase. The only negative is that the remote changes the light warmth but not necessarily the brightness - there is no dimming option on remote. The color of the blades reads a little darker in the room on overcast days as well (as in my photo) but if you have a brightly lit room the color is spot on.. Melanie. Florida. Wed Aug 05 2026

The fan 3 blades are made of a whole piece of wood through manual grinding, painting, waxing, and other processes, which are not easy to break and have good moisture resistance. The whole piece of wood is formed and extruded through high temperature, with good bending. The fan blades adopt a unique streamlined design to reduce drag. Wide fan blades ensure adequate airflow. Very disappointed with Wayfair/Birch Lane. Took 5 months to receive the fan, once received the fan did not operate properly also, Wayfair/Birch Lane advertises the fan with a light and bulb included on the fan. Don't waste your time or your money. I feel Wayfair/Birch Lane did not handle this situation properly. I know now they are a third party company aka middle man company. Very poor situation!. Vina.
