This box will provide years of durable service, enhancing your life and property value. Made to fit an 8" grower’s pot with plenty of room for root growth.

These window boxes are exceptionally attractive, perfect for adding your own trim, colors or design. We ordered three, one for the front of our house on which my husband painted freehand Swedish folk art and two for our backyard shed that we painted to match the trim on our house. Compared to many of the window boxes found in garden centers and building supply stores, these at Wayfair are deeper, thereby providing plenty of room for the growth of healthy roots. They tend to be wider, as well, likely giving you ample space for an abundance of trailing blossoms. Our having lived in a small European village for three years while my husband served in the U.S. Air Force probably has a lot to do with our love for window boxes. In our village, it was rare to see a house without several flower-filled window boxes and because we followed the local custom and bought and planted our own as one of the first things we did after unpacking, we think that that may have been part of the reason we were so readily accepted by our neighbors. Window boxes add so much warmth to the appearance of a home; it makes me wonder why the trend hasn’t become more prevalent here in our own country.. Arlene Maccaden. The Great Plains, CO. HDPE Planter Boxes — Designed for Those Who Truly Love Gard This premium outdoor HDPE planter with real wood texture, real garden charm. This garden bed natural look of wood grain — without any of the wood problems. No rotting. No splintering. No annual staining. The realistic wood texture blends seamlessly into any outdoor setting, whether placed on a patio, deck, balcony, or right in the middle of your garden. It's been a true ""game changer"" for patio, deck, balcony, or courtyard gardening — especially compared to wood that rots in 3-5 years or metal that rusts and burns roots in summer. Whether you're growing vegetables, herbs, or flowers, this planter stays beautiful outdoors year after year with zero maintenance. As one gardener put it: ""It's been on my patio for two full seasons and still looks like day one — that never happened with my old wooden boxes."" Wood rots. Metal rusts.
