The drawers aren’t truly soft close, but that’s fine. The amount of storage is just right for our purposes—allowing us to store towels on the bottom shelf is key. We love it. The vanity is beautiful and seems very sturdy. There is a lot of heavy raised wood grain which was hard to see in the pictures. The aesthetic works for my design, but if you are wanting a smooth wood grain you may not like it. The top is very nice porcelain. The vanity comes completely disassembled, even the drawers. Pay close attention to the instructions and the specific numbers and letters it matters. That would be our biggest complaint, this vanity is not easy to put together, at least ours wasn’t, and we have assembled a lot of things.
