It arrived early with no damage. All the parts were there and it was easy to assemble just one piece and I was done. Great quality I totally recommend it and the price is decent in comparable. The bottom metal piece is extremely heavy and it is so difficult to screw in the 3 metal bars from the bottom. The screws took forever to get going and were very difficult to screw in. When we used a drill, it snapped the screw in half. There’s no soft surface for the cats either, you have to put something separate on top. I’ve been wanting something like this for a while. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Something very sturdy to hold my heavier cats something I’m not gonna worry is going to tip over. Easy to put together and lots of room for all my kids. It took them a little bit to get used to it and start climbing on it. I sprayed it with catnip spray and that helped a lot. Quick delivery and very easy to put together. Followed the directions and within 20 minutes had it up and ready for the cats to climb on. We have two very picky cats that have only sniffed and checked the cat tree out so far. We’re hoping they’ll get more curious soon but we’re giving them their space for now. Pretty well constructed, sturdier than most cat trees. It's a nice height for a mature cat that still has strength to jump but needs some built-in safety precautions. This is a huge cat tree and I wasn’t expecting the size. I used a power screwdriver and that helped stabilize the tree.
