I love this thing. To start, I wouldn't consider it a cat condo at all; my cat is quite small but still wouldn't be able to fit into the cubby in the side. I suppose a kitten might fit, but why do that to a kitten, lol. The top is flat enough to rest things on without worrying that they'd fall off (I would not risk putting a drink there unless it's in a spillproof cup just in case, given how much of the kitty is white), and the legs are stable and even. The face is printed perfectly on the fabric. Feels a little cheap for 600. Dont get me wrong, it has been incredibly well packaged and good instructions, it just feels like they could have done better with the pieces and build (Pieces are most friction fit - apologize to your neighbors in advance for all the hammering youll do). The trim pieces just look a little bit too printed on and not as nice as on the photos (could have at least matched to wood color better). Additionally, there is quite a bit of noise come from the shelves when the cats move up and down. I think that may be unavoidable because of how open the cat bedrooms are.
