Product quality is very good. Assembly instructions were confusing. Took about 2hrs to put together correctly. After sorting out steps it should have taken no more than 45 mins. Unfortunately, after a couple of days "Sami" became indifferent to it. Wasn't worth giving up a living room window for limited use. He doesn't mind the sill of a screened open window. Decided to return it which turned into a bit of a hassle. It had to be sent back using original packaging or equivalent. I took photos of each unpackaging step. Without them, repacking it would have been next to impossible. Wayfair did offer a partial credit if I wanted to keep the item and skip the return process. The ~$35 credit against the $169.99 cost was not acceptable to me so, I managed to repackage it and send it back. Had to pay FEDEX return shipping charge of $33. The Wall Mounted Cat Window Perch, suction cup Cat hammock by TUCKER MURPHY PET is very well made and high quality materials. It’s easy to assemble, an Allen wrench is used to secure the screws. The pieces are easily identified too. You do have to really crank down on the Allen wrench to get the screws all the way in. The big suction cups just pop in holes and fasten down with screwing washers, very nice looking, no sharp edges to hurt your Kitty. The clear plastic bowl just sets in the wooden frame. It is not a huge plastic bowl, but my large Cat curls up in it just fine. It really sticks to the wi Dow very strongly, and the instructions suggest that you let it adhere for several hours before letting your Cat use it. This cat bed is really cute and my smaller cat loves it! I ordered the smaller size, and in my opinion it’s best for a cat up to about 13 pounds. She loves smaller spaces to sleep so this is perfect.
